Seller misrepresented the product’s age. When I questioned her at least twice about the product’s age, she said it was purchased in 2023 and never used. After I purchased it, I learned it was made in 2019. Instead of owning the misrepresentations, she just kept doubling down about how she never told me its age. She offered me a refund and I declined. The vacuum is actually ok and worth the money. But her lack of transparency in dealing with me was ridiculous.
