I am shocked after waiting so long. The garment is hard as a burlap sack, literally. The stripes are huge & blue jean color not a soft Powder blue. The cut is irregular throughout. No flare at the bottom. It fits too loose and too tight. Can't lift my arms because there is no seam stitching. There are no tapered or pleated areas. No pockets. There is no liner or inner texture of the garment. This thing is just a rough cut-out of a sewn burlap bag. It is not powder blue. The belt is too short.
