    This was overall a nice transaction. There is a stain on the document that was not noted in the description and did not appear from the photos. The seller acknowledged that. Fortunately, the stain did not harm the signature of the Governor. Apart from the stain, the document is nice. It was well packaged, and shipment was prompt.

    Yes there was a stain on the document, however in picture three you can see part of the stain, not the entire. Also the stain is on the back and does not show on the front.
