Be aware that you'll need to make or buy a gasket (such as Fel-Pro 60903) to go between the spacer and throttle body as the O-rings provided don't seal the underside of the throttle body. Don't bother asking any questions of the seller about the spacer, they haven't got a clue about how it works. 4 Stars on the spacer, 5 Stars on the shipping and 2 Stars on seller communication and that is because they do answer you but are ignorant of the technical aspects of their product.
