I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this seller was just so rude throughout the process that my husband said I should. I absolutely give her credit for quickly shipping and I’m sure the dress was lovely. But something went wrong with the post office and from then on out she treated me like I was a criminal. I tried to remain kind and friendly throughout the ordeal, but she treated me with rudeness and acted like I was the problem. Was really disappointed but thankfully eBay had my back

As the seller of this dress, PS did not deliver the item on time. This buyer was 100% refund and I had to track the lost dress. I was notified the dress was eventually delivered. This is buyers response: "I did not receive an item for which I had buyer protection in the time frame it was promised - for my wedding - and was also told I wasn’t obligated to return it once the case was resolved." I notified Ebay and they in no way stated she can keep a dress she was refunded.
