When I received this power supply, there was no output voltage. The board had a damaged P3 connector and U9 on the back of the board had cold solder connections. It looked like a very old board that did not work. It also appears that it was not tested before it shipped from China as it would have failed with no 12-volt output. I am trying to replace it now but it's frustrating because the seller is located in China and it's not happening fast enough for me.
