Part of purchasing is that contract that you're going to get the item you expect by the shipping method provided. The seller changed the shipping from UPS to USPS without consulting me because it was cheaper. That's not the appropriate thing to do I could have filed a complaint, I'm choosing not to purchase from them again. Otherwise everything was fine.

The buyer is correct. However the estimated delivery date was not changed when the decision was made and the item was delivered in 4 days with a weekend during that period. The problem the customer had was that UPS delivers in the morning and USPS delivers in the afternoon. I did not realize that delivery time would be an issue otherwise I would not have made the change.
