The item was not nearly close to being blue. It was black. I should not have to pay for return shipping if the item didn’t even match the description, otherwise I would not have bought it in the first place. Instead of paying for the return shipping, the seller kept trying to convince me the item was blue, EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOWHERE NEAR BEING BLUE. It is fully black. I asked multiple people what color the sweatshirt was, and they all said it was black.

This buyer was nothing but nasty. The photo on the listing clearly looked to be Navy Blue. This was just a mis-understanding. She was offered an immediate refund upon receipt of sweatshirt. She emailed calling me a liar, I offered a refund, she told me she didn't want a refund. Then several days later she initiated a refund through eBay stating the item was too small. I will not be bullied and harassed by someone clearly being vindictive and spiteful. eBay made her pay for the label not me.
