As Ordered although the foot suppose to tilt so not correctly phased as the foot is nylon it does to some degree take to the angle of the ground but does not tilt as in the real sense how you have explained here.
However it will do as it is suppose to do just adjust the wording to say "will adjust to some extent to ground surface because of Nylon foot". Cheers regards
