I notified the seller as soon as I discovered the issue, but was told I had waited too long and would only be given a partial refund (for parcel), which was never issued. Disappointing experience.Reply from: vicaa_81- Feedback replied by seller vicaa_81.- Feedback replied by seller vicaa_81.This buyer waited for weeks after recievibg the item to let me know that one speaker did not work, I ask why they took so long to report it, then another week after asking that question to respond to that question and stated they were busy and I said you know it was a used product and they said no they really did not read the description that close I by this time it was right at 30days so I told them to open a case with E-Bay and they never did
