    If you can get it on sale/open box, it's worth it. Helps a lot with joint/nerve issues from too much computer use. My hands are on the small side, but I still find this to be the right size. I just use it without the extra weights and flange. The shape is wide enough that the thumb doesn't have to pinch in. I can actually use it along with the right-hand version that my work gave me. The right-hand setting on the computer allows for both to be used with the pointer fingers as primary.
