Received the case almost in two months. No Samsung sign on the body. The only issue I have found is in the metal circle: the circle is too thin, and it will be quite risky to put the smartphone in this case on a magnetic stand in the car. It may cause falling the phone while driving on a bumpy road. I feel that the case requires additional plain metal part in the middle of the circle to prevent the falling of the smartphone. Hope this helps.
