Advised company and they asked for my address (again) they then stated they would raise a claim with post office and then refunded me immediately, despite asking for the item if I had an option .. don't know if the item was ever dispatched ( it was too good a price point ) on checking the feedback - similar stories items never arrived . Items ordered elsewhere.
