Item arrived in good condition except that the music stand was scratched. I contacted them about this issue, and they offered a partial refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement even though they said it would be shipped from China and take up to 35 business days. It arrived in less than a week though, so that was a pleasant surprise. Without good customer service, my rating would be lower.
