Items exactly as described, but in my opinion the washers need a design modification (just fyi).
The center hole should be the diameter of the stud for centering purposes, and the OD of the washer should exceed the OD of the nut.
There is no way these hokey foam washers will stay in place under the nuts, so I cannot use them.
Not a big problem for me though, I will find some soft rubber ones that will work much better.
