This seller opted for a shipping option that they felt was “better” than what I had paid for. Unacceptable! I wonder, had I not caught this change if I would have been refunded the difference in the shipping rates? Something tells me "no". I wonder how many others this seller has potentially done this to. The result of this arbitrary change caused me several days of unnecessary anxiety due to past experience with the shipping company the seller used. I wish I had more space to fully elaborate.

We did apologize in our replies to the many messages you sent us and we did refund the 2.19 USD difference in shipping cost.
As we told you, the reason we chose to ship your item with UPS, was because it would have arrived at your location much sooner than the option you selected. We also made sure the shipping option we chose had tracking.
We sent you a message when your item was delivered.
