I am very sorry you were disappointed that our sign was not up to your expectation. Your the first customer to be disappointed in our signs, so it took us by surprise you were disappointed. I didn't know you wanted a sign that would be exposed to the weather. If you would have only ask, we would have been glad to respond to your questions.
By the way all wood has to have a sealer before exposure to the weather.
