Pre sold item, seller took my money knowing they had no stock to send me. Seller not very helpful and wouldn't cancel the bogus order and refund me when I requested to buy elsewhere. Still waiting on delivery with a bad tracking number given by seller.

All false information, eBay generated the tracking number when postage was bought through them, item was posted well BEFORE stated dispatch timescales shown to buyer before purchasing. Royal Mail took longer than expected to deliver and buyer made up lies and sent abusive messages to us. If you take the time to look at our other over 1500 positive feedback Youl see this is one customer who got very upset over something that was completely out of our control once within the postal network!
