Seller was super professional and this order came earlier than expected. The sunglasses itself was defective, but that is not seller’s fault. There was a manufacturing defect where the charms cant be put on the sunglasses which was on Gentle Monster’s end to fix. Other than that, this seller was very responsive on accepting the return and hopefully they can get the sunglasses fixed through warranty. Thank you seller for making this experience smooth.
