Seller listed the hat as new, it clearly was not and was dirty in spots. Contacted seller who apologized for the mistake and offered a $3 discount or said I could, at my expense, ship it back for a refund. I asked him to pay for the return twice due to his listing this as new and he refused. Rather than take the discount I think warning others is worth the $3.
