The photos are cropped down so tightly that it was hard to tell that it has no jewelcase. What I got was a CD in a paper sleeve, with the front cover separate (with two small tears), tucked into a plastic Ziploc bag. The CD even has some fingerprints in it. They reached out to me today to say that they didn't have it in hand but it was actually with a relative in California that are going to be leaving for vacation and will not be back for a month. Because I need this item for a gift I cannot wait and have to request a full refund. I stopped by ebay account while gone but forgot to tell my son. Human and life!. We were more that happy to immediately refund you money. I even offered you the famous red bag which the bag was picked up but you wanted a refund and received. So in hand!
