    The pattern size was not properly identified. Therefore, I ordered and received an incorrect size. Instead of admitting she made a mistake, Clara defended her action saying she identified the patten as .5; but patterns are not sold as .5 but as 1/2. Further, she stated she gave a picture of the size on the pattern envelop; but the size is clearly not shown. I relied on her statement that the pattern was a size 5.

    I can see from the small picture on my phone that the size is half-size. I am sorry that you didn't look at the photos before purchase and bought a half size instead of the size 5 you were after. I offered options to remedy the mistake but you just wanted the pattern for free. Next time you should check the pictures before you purchase an item to ensure you get what you think you are buying.
