I purchased this doll in Feb 2024. I have gone back & forth with bootop about this doll being so tightly banded it makes cracking sounds & jumps into positions when I try to move it. I sent it back to exchange for a new doll if they could not improve it. They made a new doll with quirky eyebrows. When I asked them to send me a sound video to show me the doll moved smoothly & without noisy sounds like the last, they never sent a video I could see. Then no response in 5 days. I still have no doll
