A different model number battery to the one I ordered was sent, even though the order information showed what I had ordered. I was told it was ok for my phone. I asked for proof of that. I didn't get that. I was then told I could return it for exchange or ask for a part ($10) refund. I asked for the correct battery to be sent before I returned the one I had, or the $10 refund. I have not since heard from the supplier or had a refund.
