It was frustrating/slow to troubleshoot video settings, etc, given limited support documentation/driver support. But I finally figured out the included USB power cable was faulty, seems like the increased power load would cause it to drop. So buying a new cable fixed this. I'm just glad it wasn't the monitor itself, but they could do a little better QC of everything.
