It was frustrating/slow to troubleshoot video settings, etc, given limited support documentation/driver support. But I finally figured out the included USB power cable was faulty, seems like the increased power load would cause it to drop. So buying a new cable fixed this. I'm just glad it wasn't the monitor itself, but they could do a little better QC of everything.

The 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate make everything look crisp and smooth. After tweaking my PC graphics settings, the colors popped and visibility improved a lot—I started spotting enemies way easier in Warzone, and Minecraft looked incredible. The 3ms response time is great for fast gameplay. Speakers are weak, but not a big deal. It arrived brand new with all cables and the case. Super portable and worth the price!
