      Originally bought a very high-demand pc from this seller and randomly add another two items in the store to save more shipping fee, but the seller didn’t send the most important one so it was missing. I contacted the seller for resend the item, no respond for 10days even I messaged them a few items until I open a file said I want item not refund. They automatically refund price of the high demand item, so I assumed they might resell it with a higher price? Very disappointing with the seller!

      Sorry for the inconvenience. I usually reply within a day or so, but it seems to be delayed. Send a photo card and send it again if there is inventory that was not sent correctly. However, in the case of opening a request, it usually proceeds as a refund. This is because if you do not receive a refund, you can return the money even if you send it back.
