I understand that pliable soft plastic bumpers are able to be folded out and heated back into shape (with some work) and minimal scarring of plastic. This bumper is a hard plastic so beware and ask the seller how they are shipping the item. So the same thing doesn't happen to you as a consumer. Customer service experience "Neutral".
