I purchased this item on 4-15, as of 4-23 the item hasn't shipped so I called Kayla at the store as directed to by responses from other negative feedback. Kayla told me they didn't have the item I purchased but she was very nice and gave me a substitute pole for 60 dollars cheaper and said I could have the refund in 48 hours. I messaged them on ebay 7 times, sent an email directly to their store, messaged them 1 time on Facebook, called them 9 times with no response.. THEY STOLE 60 DOLLARS.
