The external-facing side came off easy enough. However the internal-facing protector was attached with a stronger adhesive that required heat and patience to remove, followed by a solvent to clean off the adhesive left behind. It felt like it wasn't supposed to be removed, but had a paper sticker on top instructing its removal

Due to the distance, returning the item to the United States would not be economically feasible. I therefore requested a gesture of goodwill and a replacement, which was unfortunately refused. The seller proved to be very inflexible. To avoid unnecessary complications, I would recommend purchasing from a different shop.
