The stuff you sent to me is not, what you have advertised - you advertised magnets with dimension: 40x5x5 mm but you send me magnets of dimension: 38x4.5x4.5 mm. Obviously those numbers are not the same and are out of your stated tollerance of +/-0.3mm !
...assuming that the process of "polishing" you described is true... the whole procedure removes 23% !!! of the volume of the original/advertised size... this is incredible...
