Now that I've seen & handled it, I wouldn't pay $3.99 for it. Appearance: flimsy & cheap. They paid more attention and focus to the packaging than the merchandise. I tried to submit a return request. The website states that there must be a photo in order to submit. So I did, and the website claimed that my JPEGs were not JPEGs. So I couldn't complete it, and they get to keep my money. Sweet.. Avoid like the plague.
