I was shipped the epoxy and part A was completely solid which is normal according to the paperwork that was sent with it. I read on paper to give it a 150°f bath until its not crystallized anymore and back to a liquid form. We'll here i am 2 hours into the 150° bath and it is still 100% a solid form with no traces of it turning back to a liquid form. I ended up giving up on this epoxy and just counted my losses. Buyer Beware Don't Waste Your Time And Money On This Product!!Reply from: theepoxyexperts- Feedback replied by seller theepoxyexperts.- Feedback replied by seller theepoxyexperts.At 150°F, crystallized resin cannot exist and quickly reverts to its liquid form. Similar to frozen water, ice can not remain as a solid 0.10 degrees above its freezing point. Thousands of satisfied customers use our procedure for reverting crystallized with no issues and complete success. Crystallization can occur if the PART A is exposed to or stored at temperatures below 57°F, typically during the winter months. Instructions are straightforward.
