    The buyer matthewgrhodes is abusing my store with an abusive feedback. After I sent the package to post office, the system did not update the tracking in one week. I am sure the package has been delivered to buyer in this week. Then he found that there is no tracking information, so he opened a case to get the refund. The result is that he got the item and the money back. But I get an abusive feedback. He profaned my store and myself , just based on evil opinions. He is an abusive person.
