I have contacted the seller and requested a refund. I also requested a prepaid shipping label to return the item. I am uncomfortable returning the item unless I have received the refund first. The seller refuses to provide a shipping label, but has asked that I pay for postage and provide tracking information before receiving the refund. We are presently in a stalemate.
