I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the product you ordered. In future maybe you might consider contacting the seller before leaving negative feedback - had that happened in this case I would have been happy to consider all avenues toward providing customer satisfaction - at the very least you would have your money back & rid of a bracelet you seemingly do not want & I might not have had to suffer this negative feedback.
