Perforated holes, are not completely perforated either on the spring bar (functional) hole or the wrist strap. When I requested a refund, I was rudely asked to show my watch and plate (which have nothing to do with the terrible quality of the band), and was rudely told not to call the band faulty. The refund request has been going back and forth for days. Still not resolvedReply from: ewatchparts- Feedback replied by seller ewatchparts.- Feedback replied by seller ewatchparts.Clearly mentioned in our description this strap is made for Tag Heuer made for watch which takes rubber strap and takes PLATE on top of the strap with Tag Heuer marking which they have to use it from previous strap but customer does not understand English, when we asked him to show the plate which goes on top this strap he is showing us end piece of Steel band which he has taken out as he does not understand his mistake for buying wrong strap. We have no hassle return policy.
