Contacted seller immediately after item received. No responses to my photos and first two messages that I sent to seller. Finally, after third message I sent three weeks later, seller refused to make things right on the poor packaging unless item was returned. Not a responsive or reliable seller, based on my experience. Item did not arrive in the condition that I paid for.
