    Great customer service and returns inquiries in a timely fashion. The item arrived sooner than expected. Purchased on the 7th and received the 10th. Item was packaged well with thick molded foam padding with extra pieces of foam to cushion any fragile parts that "stick up" and no damage to the product. The item appears new and the parts that show look exactly like the OEM it is to replace. It is not installed yet so I cannot comment on its functionality. So far I am happy with this purchase.
