All three were individually sealed inside the cardboard box. None were damaged, all were in good condition. Their appearance was just as the photo showed when I ordered and looked exactly like the manufacturer one that I just removed. This was a great value compared to other places I was looking. I placed one in my Aprilaire unit and it fit perfectly.
