    Item arrived and would not run. Requested to return and he said that was fine. I submitted a return request and he received but didn’t like that eBay’s return algorithm was trying to refund an extra $2 from where it divided out the combined shipping he had provided. We ended up coming to an agreement to refund a partial amount to replace the motor on the unit.
