Bad packaging, glue from packing transferred to tape cases and a cardboard box that arrived split open on both sides and damage to tape cases. He would NOT respond to a request for a partial refund for damage he cause to my tapes. (when he accepted full payment plus shipping, they're mine right?) and he carelessly packaged them. I wrote him several times to make it right. Instead,he told to just send them back.
