      Item is new. Not quite what I expected. Came in a vacuum sealed bag. When opened, it did fluff up but not what I'd consider thick. Contacted seller and was told I could return it for a refund if I didn't like it. Looked at other listings and the photos looked the same, so I figured they would probably be packaged the same. So, I've decided to keep it and double it over and make it work. Seller did ship quick.
