    Seller I believe advertised the dress as new with tags.. that was not the truth. I question whether the dress is an authentic Mac Duggal Dress. I still do. But I do appreciate the timely delivery and response to my offer of purchase. Time was a critical factor and I couldn’t fine the dress anywhere other than EBay. I thank you.
