In the description it states these products are solid gold not plated. I contacted seller and asked for a refund and they have not responded. Obviously they are scamming people. I would not recommend this buyer at all

Their pictures of gold necklace shows 14k gold stamp and claim the necklace is 14K. It is not. False advertising and eBay allows it. The whole process is not customer friendly. In trying to return I could not get a return label. eBay actually told me to go to the post office or UPS to see what return shipment to China will cost and then contact seller so that seller can put the shipping cost on PayPal.

Considering what I paid I'm not making a big deal over it. But maybe consider better shipping. I have ALWAYS received jewelry in a hard box.
