    Overall positive experience with this seller! The conition of the DVDs was as described and they arrived faster than I expected. There was one promblem with a missing disc; I contacted the seller immediately and they kindly issued me a small refund to cover the missing disc, which I was very grateful for. Overall I'm happy with my purchase! I mean truthfully, I would have prefered the disc to the refund, but it already felt like a steal, so I wasn't too worried about it.

    The books arrived two days earlier than expected. While the packing materials included were kind of sparse, there was no overall damage to the books from transit. The items were exactly as described, or in "very good" condition. The only imperfections were labels on the back of each book (which will take a little time to peel off carefully). However, seeing as I got all three books at about two-thirds the cost (of full retail price) AND free shipping, I'd say I got a great deal. Thanks a bunch!
