    This item was improperly packed for shipment, so it arrived with severe damage to both the plastic case and some of the discs inside. Heavy (yet delicate) DVD box sets should be safely surrounded by bubble wrap or packing foam for shipment. Instead, this arrived in a thin cardboard box with zero padding. Furthermore, this seller does not accept returns, so I may have to invoke eBay Purchase Protection to get my money back. I've contacted the seller to request a replacement; we'll see...
