The Audio Technica AT-650 SUT was packaged with great care, lots of padding w/ bubble wrap, wrapped tightly and boxed. Haven't tested the unit, but everything seems to be in working order as described.

The product i got from them not only matched the description 100% but also shipped surprisingly quickly. It was also very well packaged into a nice small bag, and on too of it all it came with alot of things for the price. They also were very helpful when it came to questions and even offered to cancel the order when the walkman wasn’t able to translate to English.
