Unfortunately, the regulator had been "artfully" replaced by a well used defective regulator into the original "clam shell" packaging complete with a major retailer's tags/stickers. The seller had no way of knowing this unless they had opened the packaging. The seller, when notified, immediately gave me a full refund. While this was a disappointing transaction, the seller was excellent! I would not hesitate to use them again!
