When book arrived, 3 interior pages had a small piece missing from the bottom corner, for which there were no scans to show the damage. I was offered a refund, but declined. Seller apologized profusely and sent me a partial refund anyway, without my asking. How many Sellers would do something like that? This Seller has a lot of integrity and can be trusted. It was very nice of him to do that.
